Founders Story 

I was born in New York to a Chinese mother born in Colombia and a Persian father who moved to Italy. My parents met while studying abroad and took a chance at the New York dream with 300 dollars and a baby. Barely speaking english, my father became the chief concierge of the Waldorf Astoria. My childhood was spent indulging in 90s New York hospitality but also navigating life as an immigrant family of Chinese, Colombian, Persian and Italian cultural identity in America.

One birthday, I booked a solo trip for myself after having a burn out. I made a wish at midnight to reconnect with myself. A few moments later, my phone fell and the screen shattered. I ended up traveling for 6 weeks without a phone, swam naked in the sea, indulged in figs fresh from the tree and played games with strangers. In that moment, I was transported to a time when the world was less consumed by distractions and the pressure to constantly hustle.

L’eterna Vacanza asks us to reevaluate the values and priorities of our modern society. We believe the true meaning of success is achieving a calm nervous system.
